Products and orders
We sell English-language digital books in the formats stated on each product page. Review the edition, contents, compatibility requirements, and checkout total before ordering. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. Purchases are one-time payments and do not start a subscription.
Access is supplied after payment confirmation under our Digital delivery policy. If we cannot supply an order, we will contact you and refund payment for the unavailable item. We will not substitute editions or increase an agreed price without your agreement.
Licence and permitted use
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the purchased books for personal learning and your own internal business work. You may keep reasonable backup copies, print pages for that use, and adapt the working templates for your own internal work. Copyright remains with the relevant rights holders.
You may not resell, sublicense, publicly upload, distribute, or share the books or download links with others, or remove copyright notices. Contact us about team or classroom use. These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.
Educational information
The books provide general education and examples, not personalised accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Buying a book does not create an accountant-client or adviser-client relationship. Apply the reporting framework and current law relevant to your circumstances and obtain professional advice where needed. No profit, tax saving, or other particular outcome is promised.
The research cut-off is 20 October 2026. Rules can change. Ongoing updates, future editions, and personal advisory services are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.
Refunds and legal rights
Our Refund policy includes a 14-day refund promise even after download. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force, including rights for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Responsible use and privacy
Provide accurate order and contact details, use the store lawfully, and do not interfere with its security or operation. Keep download links private. Payments are processed through the checkout providers shown to you. Do not email card numbers, security codes, or passwords. See our Privacy policy for data-handling information.
Changes and questions
Updated terms apply to future purchases. The terms and purchase information applicable when you order continue to govern that purchase, subject to mandatory law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory protections in your country of residence are not displaced by these terms.
