Follow the money all the way through

An order, a processor payout, and a bank deposit tell different parts of the same story. Our E-commerce Accounting series connects those parts, starting with the accounting equation and building toward inventory, subscriptions, taxes, reconciliations, and advanced reporting decisions.

Each edition follows two fictional businesses: Harbor Goods, a physical-goods seller, and Lumen Digital, a digital and subscription business. Worked entries, checklists, exercises with explained answers, and final month-end cases help readers put the ideas to work.
