Shipping policy

Digital delivery only

Our current products are digital books. No physical item is shipped and no shipping fee applies.

After payment is confirmed, Shopify Digital Products provides download access by email and on the Thank you and Order status pages for eligible orders. Pending payments or orders requiring review may delay delivery until confirmation. Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear.

Files and compatibility

Each individual edition is one ZIP containing a PDF and an EPUB. The complete three-edition set is one ZIP containing six files: the US, EU, and UK books in PDF and EPUB formats. Extract the ZIP first. You need a compatible reader and sufficient storage. Working templates are within the books; separate spreadsheet files are not included.

Download support

If you cannot access or open your purchase, email support@solvant.cloud with your order number and the error you see. Do not send card details or passwords. Refunds follow our Refund policy and applicable law.
