Refund policy

14-day refund promise

If a book is not right for you, email support@solvant.cloud within 14 calendar days after purchase for a full refund. This applies even if you have downloaded the files. Include your order number and purchase email. No physical return is required.

Download problems and duplicate purchases

Contact us if a download fails, a file is damaged or missing, you receive the wrong product, or you purchase the same book twice by mistake. We will help restore access, provide the correct files, or arrange an appropriate refund. Content or delivery problems can be reported after the 14-day promise; your statutory rights continue to apply.

Refund processing

Refunds go to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We aim to process eligible requests within 5 business days and will meet any applicable legal refund deadline. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund.

After a full refund, your licence to use the refunded material ends. Please delete your copies and do not continue to use or share them. We may deactivate the associated download links.

Your legal rights

This voluntary promise is additional to, and does not limit, mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction, or refund rights. Downloading a file alone is not treated as a waiver of statutory withdrawal rights. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
